Be Deliberate Be Intentional!
Say it deliberately, affirm
it vigorously, and it will come to pass. Every time you catch yourself worrying
or fretting or being anxious, just pause for a few moments and say to yourself,
“This is not living the victorious life, the life of a conqueror, {an
intelligent, thinking being}, not the life of a man or woman of faith. It is
just the opposite. One must be deliberate, intentional, purposeful, when following
the leading of the Lord. When
I feel deeply that a certain act is the right act, I do it with absolute confidence
and leave the outcome to God. When I am deeply impressed that a certain thing
is true, no matter what the appearances to the contrary may be, I accept that
thing as true and act accordingly.
The way to develop the
ability to perceive truth or as the bible calls it to discern what is truth; is
to trust the spirit man on the inside. God’s Spirit communicates with my
spirit. I must learn to trust Him in little things or I will never be trusted
in the big things. I must have absolute trust that the Holy Ghost will lead and
guide me into all truth. St. John 16:13 Howbeit when
he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth. We as believers must develop the ability of hearing
and knowing the voice of God and be sensitive to His leading. We can know His
voice and we must know His voice; too discern His will and purpose. We must be intentional when learning
to understand and interpret the {mind} thoughts of God. Learning to be
sensitive to the Holy Spirit; to hear His voice in the midst of the noise and the
confusion the enemy tries to stir up to distract us.
We must immerse ourselves in the Word of God. The Word of God
brings light and clarity, it is God’s revelation; it is God’s revealed will to
the believer.
Psalm 119:130 ¶ The entrance of thy words giveth
light; it giveth understanding unto the simple. The
Word brings instruction and clarity; the whole body has light: the spirit man,
your spiritual senses are awakened. We are not groping as a blind man in darkness. When you can see no light, you have the Holy Spirit to
guide you through the wilderness of doubt, confusion into your promise land.
