Slay Your Giants!

I will expel every contrary thought contrary to the Word of God, and every thought that I wasn’t made to succeed from my mind. I will expel it as I would a thief from my house. These thoughts tear down the very thing I am building. These thoughts run in opposition to the plans God has for me. They are a traitor to my dreams. I have been empowered by God to overcome any obstacle ahead.  Zec 4:7 reads: Who art thou, O great mountain? Mountain of doubt and fear, mountains of unbelief, and mountains of discouragement. Mountains of distractions can be the worse because we don’t realize them most of the time. Mountains of debt; nothing can frustrate you except you allow it to. There is an old song we use to sing in the Pentecostal Church that says, Something down in me keep telling me to go ahead. It's Jesus in me the hope of glory.  Because of Christ on the inside I am suited for every challenge. Nothing can stop me; no, no Goliaths no fiery furnace, no lion’s den no Red Sea. The Holy Ghost makes me unstoppable. It's time to slay your giants.

Waiting On THe Lord!

There is tremendous power in expectancy, in believing that we shall realize our ambition; that our dreams will come true. Sarah laughed when she heard the angel tell Abraham that she would have a son. It had been a long time since the promise was made and now she was ninety years old. But I shall remind you that there has not failed one word of all his good promise. I Kings 8:86
We are told in Hebrews 10:35, 10:36  Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

The weariness of waiting. Longfellow's "Psalm of Life." "Learn to labour and to — wait." Anyone could understand the difficulty of labour, but how easy if one had only to wait, But experience has taught us a great lesson, that all labour is light compared with the labour, the stress, the suspense and weariness of waiting.

Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation.

whether it be for answers to prayer, for the performance of promises and or for deliverance from enemies, and out of every trouble. I have determined to wait patiently and quietly until the Lord's time come; being "subject" to him, and his will, and patient under his hand. For He only [is] my Rock and my salvation,....

Faith And Power!

Our faith puts us in touch with the Almighty God. It opens the way to infinite possibilities, and un-limited power. Ye shall have power after the Holy Ghost has come upon you. Acts 1:8   It is imperative that we have the conviction that the Creator has given us the power to realize our dreams, our life’s calling. There is nothing to hard for God. God doesn’t give us promises to keep us hoping. Every promise He has made He plans to fulfill.  God asked Jeremiah is there anything too hard for me.  Jeremiah 32:27
